This app is so bad i wont even begin to explain . Waste of time - returning my camera to amazon !!!

We are having the same issues as others reviewers after updating to iOS 9. We use this camera and app as a baby monitor and it is basically useless now as it reverts back to home screen after about 1 minute. The camera used to stay on continually before updating to iOS 9. What a huge disappointment, please fix this issue asap!

Ever since I updated to the new iOS now this app crashes every 40 seconds making this app useless to me

This is the most power inefficient app Ive ever seen. You can literally watch your battery percentage count down while this app is running.

Only stays open for 10 seconds making it useless! Fix for iOS please!!!

Im on iOS 8.1.2. The PTZ stopped working on all my cams out of the blue. Nothing seems to fix it. Wish Foscam would deal with it. Heck Id pay for a Foscam app with working PTZ. A couple of paid 3rd party apps I tried work correctly but are quite a bit clunkier. I bet they delete this review, lets find out...

I have an iPhone 6 and iOS 9, after about 20 seconds of viewing the app it crashes. This needs to get fixed ASAP!

App doesnt work with latest iOS and it doesnt look like Foscam is interested in making it work. I have two cameras, FI9821P V2 & FI9831P V2. Both use to work with app but now only the 21P works. Foscam was of no help. Im now using Foscam Pro Multi IP Camera and 4Foscam which both work with my two cameras. I deleted the Foscam Viewer app. If I could give ZERO stars, I would.

Honestly the worst app I have ever used. I wouldnt recommend it to the devil himself. Foscams products are horrific and the set up is torture, but their app takes the cake. If youre a masochist and are thinking about cutting yourself, install a Foscam and play with their app instead. Youll get a much better high. Guaranteed!

Not good as a child monitor! You might as well have nothing as to have this! If a call comes through, you have to reset it. We use this as a monitor for our toddler who sleeps downstairs. My husband sometimes gets called into work at odd hours. Whenever that happens, we lose the video feed to my childs room which requires unplugging/resetting the camera. I dont want to risk waking my child by going in the room to reset it which means Im either constantly going up and down the stairs to peek in on him or I have nothing. Useless. You get what you pay for!

Is use it to view live stream and for X and Y adjustment. For that works perfectly with no bugs

Constantly forgets my cameras and I have to enter them again.

I bought 4 Foscam wireless IP cameras for around $400 total with the expectation that they could be setup and controlled via smartphone app. The cameras are advertised as "P2P" with simple setup via smartphone. This is supposed to be the genuine Foscam app to accomplish this. This app is horrible. It does absolutely nothing, besides allow for remote viewing of the cameras. Im extremely disappointed that after spending $400 for Foscam cameras, this genuine Foscam app doesnt even allow me to make the simplest of adjustments to the many features these cameras come equipped with. For cameras that sell for $100/each, I expect the manufacturers app to be able to control them. The limited functionality of this app is an extreme disappointment. Foscam, please provide your customers with a decent app that will allow them to setup and control all the features of your product!

It is cool when it works, good picture, but it disconnects several times throughout the day. And its not my internet; I downloaded a different app that is working just fine. Please update your app!

So the old app update removed the ability to connect to my fi9821w and the new app doesnt appear to support it (wont connect) even though I can connect via Windows/IE... Thanks a lot foSCAM.

Release notes say they have removed hd camera support, making a barely usable app completely useless. Updates are supposed to improve the app.

I used to be able to have the app running consistently until I closed out of it, but with one of the iOS upgrades it now closes out after a few minutes. I like to be able to monitor rooms for hours.

This app is very good work perfectly.

This app is garbage since the recent update. We have problems connecting almost daily, and the picture freezes all the time. Never had this issue on the old version. Very unhappy with the update.
